Refund and Returns Policy
The 60-night sleep guarantee
Give your MenoNights products 60 nights. If your nights aren’t better, email contact@menonights.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and we’ll refund you in full. Your personalised 28-Night Protocol is yours to keep either way.
What can be returned
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all accessories.
How to start a return
Email contact@menonights.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply with the return address and simple instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back, as parcels sent without a return reference can be delayed.
Return postage
Return postage is paid by you for change-of-mind, size or colour returns. If your item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover the cost.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it.
Damaged or incorrect items
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund you in full, at no extra cost.
